Introduction

So, you know that scene in a movie where the side character starts to panic and says they did not sign up for this ? Well, hi that’s me, except it’s real life here. For a while I’ve felt that my life has side tracked from where I’ve intended to be and so in a true cheesy fashion of a youngster acting like it’s still the good old 90s when it’s not, I’m going to blog about it. You may wonder; why not tweet about it like a normal person? Well, when did you ever see a movie with a character tweeting about her thoughts that ended well .. ? Think, I’ll wait, I don’t mind… well ok maybe there is a few, but see blogging is different as you get to gather your thoughts in one coherent form (or so we like to believe). Now that I’ve got that off my chest we can properly get introduced.

I’m Z, and I’ve been in corporate for the past few years. I’m a youngster in my twenties and I love business, coffee, books, and series. I intend for this blog to be a house for thoughts, reflections, and discussions regarding what’s going on in the business world and how that affects us as either a consumer, employee, and/or investor (or all of the above for various topics). In addition to random observations here and there.

Now since there’s a “professional” up in that title… let’s “manage your expectations”. This isn’t a fancy blog about a super human hustling and moving mountains to success and fame in 5 posts and one dramatic scene. This is a raw account of the opinions of a human in her 20s trying to figure out this thing called life and that weirder thing called business world. A zone for us to be curious, ask questions, and discover together different topics.
